Willamette Towers was completed in 1965, and rising to 13 stories was Eugene’s tallest downtown apartment building. It was designed in the modern period of American architecture known as International Style and was converted to a condominium style living in 1980.

It is comprised of 92 individually owned residential units including 4 penthouses with spectacular views on 13th floor. The ground floor is leased to a variety of commercial offices and stores. Common element services, attractive grounds, and a gated parking garage make for a practical yet appealing living environment.

The Willamette Towers community is proud of its diversity and is drawn together by the common desire for safe, attractive, financially sound, and pleasant living conditions in a convenient downtown location. The Willamette Towers is governed by an active and progressive Board of Directors.

All of these factors combine to make the Willamette Towers a first class residence in the heart of Eugene.
